Talvorax Solutions, we are committed to delivering professional recruitment and staffing services with transparency and integrity. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms related to service payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Service Nature

Talvorax Solutions provides recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition services tailored to client requirements. As our services are professional and time-based in nature, they are not eligible for physical returns.

Advance Payments

Any advance payment made for recruitment services, consultation, or hiring support is considered confirmation of service engagement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Payment made in duplicate due to technical error
  2. Service could not be initiated due to internal operational issues
  3. Cancellation approved by Talvorax Solutions before the recruitment process begins

Non-Refundable Cases

Payments will not be refunded in the following cases:

  1. Candidate sourcing or screening process has already started
  2. Service cancellation requested after project initiation
  3. Change in hiring requirements after engagement confirmation
  4. Delay caused by incomplete client communication or documentation

Replacement Support

If agreed under the service contract, Talvorax Solutions may provide candidate replacement support within the mutually agreed replacement period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels.
